The high content of andalusite Al2O3 and low impurity content are ideal high-grade refractory materials. At the same time, the volume change of andalusite refractory bricks in the sintering process is only stable.


The andalusite refractory bricks have excellent low thermal conductivity, high resistance to slag corrosion, and creep resistance. Refractory andalusite bricks have high heat strength, low porosity, resistance to chipping and anti-transformation under pressure drop, thermal shock resistance, good refractoriness. The micro-expansion of andalusite fire bricks changes the use of materials and the extension of their service life.

Andalusite refractory brick is widely used in kiln and boiler of various industrial fields such as metallurgy, building materials, fine ceramics, electric power, chemical industry, etc. Andalusite refractory brick is applied on the top of some metallurgical furnaces, and the effect is better than that of silica brick.
